Mr. Sullivan has over thirty-five years experience handling real estate and business transactions and related litigation. He is a graduate of the University of California Hastings College of the Law where he served as a Note and Comment Editor of the Hastings Law Journal. Mr. Sullivan has held an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell for over twenty years.*
Mr. Sullivan strives to set realistic goals and expectations for his clients at the outset of every new matter, and to involve his clients in all important decisions during the course of his representation. Mr. Sullivan’s aim is to provide practical, cost-effective, and common sense legal advice and representation to every client.
Mr. Sullivan regularly advises a number of small businesses and real property owners, many of whom have been his clients for decades. The vast majority of Mr. Sullivan’s new business comes via referral from existing clients and other professionals. During his career, Mr. Sullivan has served as an advisor and board member for numerous charitable and non-profit organizations and foundations, including over twenty years as a volunteer board member of the Alameda Boys & Girls Club.
