Mr. Sullivan spent the first ten years of his professional career almost exclusively as a litigator. He continues to devote a substantial portion of his practice to litigation in targeted areas. Mr. Sullivan has handled hundreds of real estate and business disputes on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in Federal and State Courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration, involving, among other things, breach of contract, fraud, construction defect, mechanic’s liens, title and title insurance, property and liability insurance, boundaries and easements, environmental, wrongful foreclosure, and partition.
