Mr. Sullivan has negotiated, reviewed and drafted hundreds of commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants involving a wide variety of uses including office, retail, industrial, raw land, and specialty uses.  In addition, Mr. Sullivan has negotiated, reviewed and drafted dozens of commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements and related documents on behalf of buyers and sellers with a combined value well in excess of $300,000,000.  In addition, Mr. Sullivan regularly advises clients regarding financing, construction, due diligence, title and escrow, and other issues ancillary to such leases and sales.

Mr. Sullivan also has extensive experience negotiating, drafting and/or reviewing option agreements, easements and licenses, development agreements, construction contracts, security and financing documents, and related matters.
